I am Heather Cripps Williams, the Owner of Carolina Clinical Services and a Speech-Language Pathologist
I am a Speech Language Pathologist with ten years of experience in serving schools (and years of other non-profit and leadership experience). I started Carolina Clinical Services in 2021 with the purpose of connecting schools with therapists and other special service providers. I strive to offer personalized solutions to schools and individualized guidance to my employees. As I grow my business around the Greenville/Spartanburg area of South Carolina and beyond, I strive to maintain my focus on exceptional services and a supportive work culture.

We want to help you meet your needs! We deliver personalized solutions to your Special Services team, including full-time and part-time placements, as well as consultation and supervisory services.
Step One
Call for a consultation. We offer flexible services to meet your needs, including on-site and virtual services, part-time and full-time contracts, and supervision of Clinical Fellows and Speech Therapy teams.
Step Two
We’ll match your school/district with our service providers who best meet your needs. Our Special Education Teachers, PTs, OTs, and SLPs deliver student-focused care, professional documentation, and valuable expertise.
Step Three
Our relationship doesn’t end when the contract is signed! We continue to support our employees with on-site supervision. We work with you to quickly address any questions or concerns that may arise.
